Our name has changed but our mission continues. We keep the Flame of Hope & Unity lit between the small businesses that are the engine of our economy and the professionals who volunteer their skills to create jobs in times of national economic crisis.

In 2020, as the Covid-19 Pandemic was exploding, our members determined it was time to re-activate operations and do their part to have a positive impact on the cratering national economy.
The Board of Directors voted to rename the group AgileNow to announce that new work would be conducted in line with the values and principles of the Agile frameworks.
In 2009, AgileNow.Org was named, Professionals In Residence at the Maine Center for Entrepreneurial Development (MCED) to serve as In-house staff supporting entrepreneurs who sought to create a start-up or grow an early-stage business that would add jobs to the economy in Maine.

In 2021, the goal of AgileNow is to demonstrate the power of servant/leadership and collaboration as an important means of effecting change for the better in the wider business community in times of economic stress
.
The vision for AgileNow is to serve as a community hub coordinating activities that would foster unity and mutual benefit between the two halves of its constituency by operating as a nonprofit Agile program management office (PgMO) dedicated to strengthening prosperity for all.
The AgileNow PMO will be staffed by registered member, working & non-working Agile professionals willing to donate their skills to struggling businesses in need of project/product assistance by volunteering 6-10 hours per week.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve economic conditions across the span of the business and professional community. Your generous donation will fund our mission.
