Member Professionals who volunteer to work on a team with an AgileNow client company are selected based on verification of their skills and their willingness to make a commitment to a limited duration (6-8 weeks) project. 

AgileNow has "inherited" some policies and procedures that are key to the successful operation of an Agile Project Management Office (APMO).
